Session #2: You’ve Been Served…Now What?

Service Description

Have you been served, or have you served her? Contested divorces can take 18-24 months on average. Are you mentally prepared? Do you have the stamina and resources to navigate this process? The goal of this sessions is to get you mentally prepared for the warfare you are going to undertake. In this 30-minute session, you’ll learn the critical actions needed to choose a competent attorney, respond in court, fill out documents accurately, and conduct yourself appropriately under scrutiny. Every move you make will be examined by your spouse, family, friends, and others involved in your divorce. Understand that the courts aren't always fair and just; often, you are just a pawn in the larger system. Our founder, JR, will guide you on how to respond strategically and manage your attorney effectively.
